TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Rates are valid for new bookings as of 10-02-26.
• Above rates valid for the individual bookings only.
• Above rates supersedes/replaces any other offer during the same period.
• Payment has to be fully settled on cash basis (before check in) based on the hotel confirmation.
• Rates are subject to changes according to the hotels situation & without a prior notification.
• Rates are per DBL unit/night, based on Hard All-Inclusive basis (including taxes)
  Supplements & Reductions:
• Single supplement is 60% (on top of half twin rate) “From Same Room Type rate”.
• Third adult reduction 20%. (The reduction is valid for the third adult only) “From Same Room Type rate”
• Bungalow Pool view supplement: 200.00 EGP per room/night.
• Bungalow Sea view supplement: 400.00 EGP per room/night.
• DBL Family Room/Suite charge is 50% per unit/night on top of STD room rate.
• TPL Family Room/Suite charge is 2 DBL standard rooms (with 15% discount).
• Quadruple Family Room/Suite charge is 2 DBL standard rooms (with 10% discount).
  Accommodation plan:
• Standard room maximum capacity is 04 persons (2+2 or 3+1).
• Family Room & Junior Suite minimum capacity is 2 adults; maximum capacity is 5 persons (2+3 or 3+2).
• Quadruple Family Room maximum capacity is (4+2).
  CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
• Check in time is 14:00 hrs. — check out time is 12:00 hrs.
• Late check out till 18:00 hrs. cost is 50% from full night rate, after that one-night charge applies.
• In case of Single + 2 children rate is more than DBL room rate, DBL room rate will be applied.
• In case of DBL Family occupancy of (02 Adults + 03 Children), all children aged over 02 years old, Triple family rate will be applied.

• Children Policy:
• A copy of the children’s birth certificate is required upon check in.
• 1st Child till 11.99 years old is free of charge.
• 2nd Child till 03.99 years old is free of charge.
• 2nd Child from 04.00 till 11.99 years will be charged 50% from the STD adult rate.
• 1st & 2nd Child till 11.99 years are free of Charge (in Family Room, Interleading & Junior Suite).
• 3rd Child from 02.00 till 11.99 years will be charged 50% from STD room half twin rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW:

• One night cancellation fee will be applied if cancelation done 72 hours before arrival date, unless approved medical insurance certificates forwarded to the hotel (except peak season).
• In case of no show, 02 nights charge will be automatically applied (full stay will be charged during peak season).
