- Above Accommodation rates are quoted in Egyptian Pounds per Room perNight, Inclusive ofservice charges & all applicable
taxes, Subject to 10% Commission (The commission will not be applied on above mentioned Supplements). - Above rates are valid for Local Market (Egyptian & Foreign Residents), Foreign Residents in Egypt who has Valid Work Permit,
or Valid Resident visa for a minimum of a one-year resident visa, or Students studying in the Egyptian universities) - Above rates Supersede any previous ratesissued before & subject to any additionaltaxesissued by the Egyptian
Government.
GROUP FREE POLICY: - One room free of charge for every 15 paying rooms (Pay 15 Rooms & Room Number 16 will be free)
- Maximum two Double rooms including group Tour Leader room will be only confirmed.
- Group free policy will be applied for minimum 16 Rooms only.
CHILDREN POLICY: - 01st Child sharing parents’ room free of charge till 11.99 years old
- 02nd Child sharing parents’room free of charge till 05.99 years old
- 02ND Child sharing parents’room from 06.00 till 11.99 years old 50% discount from Adult Rate.
- Maximum one extra bed free of charge in the room and subject to the hotel availability.
- In case of room is triple room no extra bed to be added.
- In case of suites maximum two beds in the living room meaning (one king size bed in the master room + 2 beds in the
living room).
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: - Check in time 15:00 PM
- Check out time 12.00 Noon
PAYMENT CONDITIONS: - CASH PAYMENT (According to the option date will be settled by reservation department)
- The hotel will automatically cancel any reservation if Payment condition will not be respected.
CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW:
- Cancellation 24 Hours prior arrival date in all periods will be subject to 100% cancellation fees charge.
- Cancellation 72 hours prior arrival date in High Periods will be subject to 100% cancellation fees charge.
- Groups Cancelation policy will be applied as per the confirmation letter and the hotel occupancy situation.
- NO-SHOW will subject to full charge during all periods.
